Electric service is included up to a maximum allowance based on the property's number of bedrooms:
1-2 Bedroom property: $150/month
3-5 Bedroom Property: $250/month
6+ Bedrooms: $375/month
Guest is responsible for electric service charges in excess of the maximum monthly allowance.
Pet Friendly Properties: Please confirm with your vacation specialist if this property allows pets and the non-refundable monthly pet fee.
Oceanfront Properties (excluding condos): Oceanfront non-condo properties cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st to allow priority for weekly booking availability. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September may be booked prior to August 1st.
Additional conditions may apply including but not limited to an application fee.
All monthly rentals are subject to a refundable security deposit.
