Pet Friendly Properties - Please confirm with your vacation specialist if this property allows pets and the non-refundable monthly pet fee.
Oceanfront Properties (excluding condos) - Oceanfront non-condo properties cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st to allow priority for weekly booking availability. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September may be booked prior to August 1st.

We had a great vacation at "Mama's Lookout." The unit was very clean and comfortable. It has a full kitchen with all necessary modern appliances and utensils for whatever cooking one may want to do. It's also walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars and the beach. Wifi worked well and streaming TV was easy to set up. We would stay there again!
