Showcasing beautiful post-and-beam construction and soaring vaulted ceilings, the home features an impressive third-floor living area with ample seating for the entire group, a smart TV, balcony access, and a convenient half bath, creating a welcoming space to gather and unwind. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional seating by an oceanfront window, while the spacious kitchen provides generous counter space for preparing meals before heading out to enjoy the beach. The third floor also hosts the oceanfront primary suite with a king bed and a private bath featuring a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub, offering a relaxing escape with breathtaking views.
The second floor includes a cozy den with a smart TV and balcony access, plus a conveniently located laundry room for added ease. Additionally, this floor has well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort. Bedroom #1: Three twin beds with a shared bath. Bedroom #2: One twin and one double bed with a private bath. Bedroom #3: One queen bed with a private bath and balcony access. A conveniently located laundry room is also on this floor.
An elevator services all levels of the home, and the first floor also features an exterior entrance leading directly to the beach walkway and a charcoal grill area, perfectly suited for outdoor entertaining. Guests have access to the Seasonal Community Pools - Marina Pool at 590 Marina Dr and Westport Pool at 570 Coral Dr. Bluewater cannot guarantee availability of community/complex amenities during your stay.
BEACON'S REACH - GUEST RULES AND NOTES:
1. HOA renter information form must be completed prior to arrival.
2. No more than a total of 12 persons, including children, shall be allowed to occupy a rental unit or use of the common areas (pool, beach, etc.) unless approved in advance by the association. Group parties by renters are not permitted.
3. Parking permits or guest passes are required on all vehicles at all times. Parking of all vehicles shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit, or in the garage as appropriate. No vehicles shall be parked on the shoulder of the road. Boats, boat trailers, utility, and other work trailers, unlicensed motor vehicles, jet skis, recreational vehicles, travel trailers, campers, fifth-wheel trailers, all-terrain vehicles, and similar items used on land or water may not be parked on any street within Beacon’s Reach, on a driveway or yard, except in an enclosed garage or other approved parking area within Beacon’s Reach.
4. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from televisions, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8am and after 10pm.
5. Trash is to be set out by the road on Sunday night for early pickup Monday morning.
6. Even though you are staying at a Keyless Vacation Rental, you MUST stop by our Atlantic Beach office to pick up your check-in packet with necessary items for your stay.
