Welcome to the future of Emerald Estate, formerly known as Southern Breeze.
The ownership team behind Red Barn Resort is taking over this project and bringing a full-property transformation to this oceanfront home. Emerald Estate will return as a completely refreshed 9- bedroom luxury property sleeping up to 18 guests, with all-new furnishings, fresh paint, new LVP flooring, and a full interior redesign that will make the home feel brand new.
Guests can look forward to a brand-new movie theater room with arcade features, plus an oceanview reading nook designed for relaxing, lounging, or extra flexible sleep space. The home will also feature upgraded picture-frame-style windows without panes, designed to open up the views and make the ocean feel even more present throughout the home.
The ground-level area beneath the home is also being transformed into an exciting outdoor hangout space, with plans for a potential putt-putt course.
