Angled living area surrounds you with 180 degrees of prime Ocean Views! Open Oceanfront Deck has a Table, Chairs, an Umbrella and Chaise Lounges! Carolina Sunshine is equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected while on vacation. Take a break from the salty sea and dip into your Private Swimming Pool! This outdoor pool is quite expansive, measuring 12x24.

Ground Level: Covered Parking. 2 Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Showers.

Level One: Large Living Area has Cathedral Ceilings and an Open, Wrap-around, Oceanfront Deck. Dining Area faces the ocean and has access to an Open Deck. Galley Kitchen has a Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave and a Dishwasher. Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full-Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds. There is one Full-Bath on this level.

Amenities include: an Open Deck with a Table, Chairs, an Umbrella, and Chaise Lounges, Covered Parking, 2 Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Showers, Gas Grill, Water Treatment System, Beach Chairs, Coffee Maker, Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, and Dishwasher.

Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea.

Another great vacation in Emerald Isle. The location of the house, the size of the house for the six of us, the views from the house and the pool area, the short distance to the beach all make for a fun, relaxing week. Carolina Sunshine was great! The house has been updated, new living room furniture, updated cabinets and counter space. The walk to the beach is quick, some vacation homes in other areas, even when ocean front, have longer walks. Awesome pool area. Home is very insulated, we could not hear any outside noise when the doors were shut. The way the bedrooms are spaced in the home, you hear little noise. All around a great rental!

The home is convenient to everything! The size is perfect. Everyone thought the beds were super comfortable. Love, love, love the pool! Outdoor grilling area is wonderful with chairs, table and a rug! So cute and comfortable for grilling.

The proximity to the beach and when the ocean is too turbulent to swim in, you have a gorgeous pool. Enough deck space to accommodate my large family for cookout/beach -pool party.

Staying at Carolina Sunshine was a dream come true. We visit the Crystal Coast at least once a year to visit family. Carolina Sunshine was large enough to accommodate all of us. The proximity to the beach and the size of the pool was perfect. When I found that the grill was not functioning, I called and left a message stating that I was planning a large family cookout at a specific time and maintenance showed up. When he could not fix it, he gave us a brand new one. He was one of the nicest men. Thank you Bluewater for making our vacation wonderful!!!

Once again we loved spending a week in the beautiful Carolina Sunshine! The house has everything you could need to enjoy a week at the beach. Beautiful views, easy beach access, spacious accommodations and a fabulous pool.

The view, size, cleanliness, closeness to the beach with easy access, the pool. The kitchen was well equipped for some great fresh seafood meals cooked on the grill. We had a glitch with our initial rental property and those owners found this place for us the night before we were leaving. The booking process was completed relatively quickly and easily.

We had a great time with our family and grandchildren and would DEFINITELY choose this property again. Thank you!

This is the third time we have rented from Bluewater. Each time has been flawless. Carolina Sunshine exceeded our expectations. Even better then the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked with all kind of kitchen essentials. The pool and decks are amazing. The only issue we had was that there is no shade during the hottest part of the day. We had prepared and brought a canopy with us. The view from the living room is spectacular. We have no complaints and would definitely rent again!

Wonderful! We were sorry to leave. Because this house had 4 bedrooms, each of our 3 adult daughters had their own room. The property had some upgrades since there is a new owner. Landscaping, some interior updates, gas grill, and an OUTDOOR POOL and patio were new. The pool is lit until midnight and you can pay extra to have it heated if you want. Better yet - the sound system works outside, so you can put on some music and hang out at the pool after dark.

We walked back and forth to the beach whenever we wanted because we were steps away. If you stay at a place not on the coast, you won't be ale to walk out your back door any time you want. It's so nice just walking down the steps for a few moments to pick out some shells, walk back to the house, relax, and go back out again if you want. We took flashlights and went looking for sand crabs on the beach after dark. Cool - and they are everywhere.

This is not the largest house in the area. It is a 1 story house with a loft. The house is square and was built in a certain direction so all of the living room windows face the ocean. You have a clear view.

The management was immediately responsive with any questions or issues that arose. I would definitely rent from them again.

We absolutely loved being right on the beach and listening to the ocean all day and night. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. But just be aware that there will not be any toilet paper or paper towels or soap of any kind.

We loved the location -- very close to food stores, drug store, restaurants. The panoramic view from the windows is gorgeous. The house is nice with 3 full baths, 4 bedrooms. Has WiFi, which is imperative for this family.
