Relax and unwind with an impressive list of amenities including a private pool with optional pool heat for a fee, Apple TV, enclosed yard, golf cart, putting green, covered deck, and screened-in porch complete with deck furniture, picnic tables, and ceiling fans—perfect for enjoying coastal evenings.
Additional conveniences include a garage, heated outdoor shower, charcoal grill, kids play equipment, central heating and air, interior washer and dryer, and recreational features like cornhole for the whole family to enjoy.
Blue Byrds is an all-inclusive property with linens provided for both weekly and nightly stays. This home is also pet friendly, allowing up to two dogs, with the option for one additional pet for a $350.00 plus tax pet fee.
Smoking is prohibited.
This property rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday and also offers nightly stays with a 3-night minimum when booked in advance during the off-season or for last-minute reservations during the in-season. Monthly rentals are also available, making Blue Byrds the perfect option for extended coastal stays.
Whether you're spending your days by the pool, cruising the neighborhood in the golf cart, or relaxing on the porch after a beach day, Blue Byrds offers everything you need for a memorable coastal vacation.
Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are stricly prohibited unless approved by management.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
3rd dog allows with additional fee of $350.00 + tax.
Linens and towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays (linens not provided for trundle).
Electric service is included up to a maximum allowance based on the property's number of bedrooms:
1-2 Bedroom property: $150/month
3-5 Bedroom Property: $250/month
6+ Bedrooms: $375/month
Guest is responsible for electric service charges in excess of the maximum monthly allowance.
Pet Friendly Properties: Please confirm with your vacation specialist if this property allows pets and the non-refundable monthly pet fee.
Oceanfront Properties (excluding condos): Oceanfront non-condo properties cannot be booked solely for the month of September until after August 1st to allow priority for weekly booking availability. However, if a Tenant is willing to confirm at least 90 days, September may be booked prior to August 1st.
Additional conditions may apply including but not limited to an application fee.
All monthly rentals are subject to a refundable security deposit.

If you are you are looking for the coziest and most convenient place to stay in the beautiful subdivision of Dolphin Ridge, this is your home! There are so many things around to do, close to all the best places to eat- all the best places to shop- and the grocery stores, this home has every amenity you could possibly ask for. The beautiful pool made it so fun for our kid and family to enjoy many afternoons out on the pool and the fact that the golf cart had such easy access to the beach was the most incredible feature of this home if you want to enjoy the beach, the pool and a cozy lovely home. This is the best place to stay. It's an absolute must.
