You won¡t find any frills here, but this incredibly affordable oceanside 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage is within walking distance to the ocean and neighborhood beach access.

Level One: Living Area with Smart TV for access to streaming apps, Dining Area and Kitchen/Bar Area with a Microwave and Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Open Deck is just off the Living Area and has a Picnic Table. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and a Full Bath.
Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed & a Twin Bed in the same room. Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a Full Bath.
Amenities include: High-speed Wireless Internet, 1 Smart TV with access to streaming apps, a DVD Player, a Washer/Dryer, Covered Parking, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, an In-Ground Charcoal Grill, a Microwave, Dishwasher, and an Open and Covered Deck.
