Ain't In No Hurry Today is a keyless entry, 5 Bedroom, 5 Full Baths, 1 Half Bath Oceanside Home that is a beautiful place to spend your vacation on Emerald Isle! Private In-Ground Salt Water Swimming Pool! Private Hot Tub! Private Elevator goes to all levels!

Located in the "Dolphin Ridge" Subdivision, it is only a short walk to the beach. Some Ocean peek views! Avoid the traffic - first right once over the EI Bridge! Nearby grocery stores (Publix/Food Lion) and restaurants within 2 miles.

Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Double Bed and a Twin Bed with Twin Trundle. Smart TV. Full Bath. Garage access with refrigerator, seating area, and table.

Included amenities: standard wooden corn hole boards, bocce ball, horseshoes, dart board, oversize Jenga, and basketball hoop. Beach cart.

Fully fenced backyard. 2 Enclosed Hot and Cold Outside Showers with dressing area. Gas Grill and Park-Style Charcoal Grill. In-Ground Saltwater Swimming Pool and Hot Tub. Pool and Patio area has ample outside furniture and a picnic table.

Level One:
Master Bedroom #2 has a King and Full Bath. Master Bedroom #3 has a King and Full Bath. Master Bedroom #4 has a King and a Full Bath. Reading Room with added Queen Sleeper Sofa with Serta mattress. All rooms with Smart TVs. Wrap-around deck with porch swing and pub table for 8. Hammock (and relaxing books provided).

Level Two:
Main Level. Master Bedroom #5 has a King and Full Bath. Living Room with open floor plan with Cathedral Ceilings, Half Bath, Sound Bar, and Flat Screen Smart TV. Dining Table seats 10. Recently Remodeled and Updated Well-Equipped Kitchen has a granite backsplash, new cabinetry, large granite island with additional seating for 4 and a built-in ice maker, microwave, air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig and standard coffee maker, blender, bar cart, dishwasher, and large corner pantry. Washer/Dryer. Wrap-around screened-in deck with table seating for 6, bar table seating for 4, 2 Adirondack lounge chairs for sunning, and 4 additional chairs for relaxing and drinking your morning coffee.

Please Note: Per the HOA, renters are NOT allowed to bring or rent golf carts. Community pool is not available to guests.

Location was terrific. House was perfect for our group of 10. The great room was ideal for group gatherings. The kitchen was well-stocked. The pool was small but fine for us. We liked that the pool was not too deep since we had little ones.

This was an awesome rental. I have rented for years and this was by far the best. The house was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The proximity to the ocean was less than 5 minutes. You couldn't see the ocean from the porch but you could hear it which was nice for our morning coffee wake up time. The location to shops an restaurants was great. We loved the private neighborhood. It was exceptionally quiet. We had morning and evening visitors of rabbits, deer and frogs, even had a snake visit which the grandson loved! One of the best vacations ever! Thanks Bluewater! We would love to rent this villa again!

The home we rented exceeded our expectations in space, cleanliness, and convenience. Despite the local attractions closed due to Covid-19, we had everything we needed at the rental home to enjoy a family vacation, including private access to the beach when the public access' were closed. We would definitely rent with Bluewater in the future!!

Dolphin's Lullaby was a very large and well kept home. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for all of us. I would say it was about a 4min walk to the beach access. If you are walking fast 2 1/2 min. The pool was a nice size about 3ft in the shallow end, 5 ft in the deep end (I'm guestamating). Nice hot tub. The elevator was a nice feature as well if you were too tired to use the steps. We loved the screened in porch! Very nice home.

Dolphin's Lullaby provided the perfect vacation spot for our multi-family vacation! The layout was perfect for the younger kids, teenagers (room on separate floor) and adults alike. We had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub at the house and the ocean was only a 5 minute walk away. Best of all was the wrap around decks on two floors making the indoor/outdoor living paradise!

The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and dishes. We had a big group and cooked some pretty big meals. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. Lots of room, the porches and swings were awesome and the beach is gorgeous. We had a great time. One of the best rentals for a large group we have had.
