With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, 2 Seasters’ Cottage is perfectly designed for a laid-back family getaway or a fun-filled escape with friends.

Wake up to the sound of the ocean and step out onto breezy decks from every bedroom on the middle and upper levels - everyone gets their own front-row seat to that fresh sea air. Beach days are a breeze with public beach access just across the street, and when you’re ready to explore, you can easily stroll to the pier, local shops, and crave-worthy restaurants nearby.

The upper level is where everyone naturally gathers. Whip up your favorite coastal feasts in the fully stocked kitchen - complete with stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and drip coffee maker, and plenty of space to spread out around the island or dining table (crab boil night, anyone?). After dinner, kick back in the living room with the 55” Roku TV or head downstairs to the ultimate bonus space.

The garage-level rec room is a destination of its own, offering A/C, a comfy sectional, a second refrigerator, books, a ping pong table, and a card table that’s perfect for game nights, puzzles and rainy-day fun. It’s an ideal hangout spot for kids, teens, or anyone who loves a little friendly competition.

When it’s time to turn in, you’ll find flexible and comfortable sleeping options for everyone: two King Primary Suites (one on each level), an additional King bedroom, and a bunk room that’s a hit with the kids - all thoughtfully arranged on the middle and upper levels. The ground level also features a spacious laundry room and parking for up to five cars, making longer stays easy and stress-free.

Bedroom #1: A King suite with deck access, TV and private en suite full bath - your peaceful retreat at day’s end. Bedroom #2: A cozy King bedroom with deck access, TV. Bedroom #3: A Double-over-Double bunk and Twin/Twin bunk room with TV —ideal for kids or additional guests. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a conveniently located full bath.

Up to 2 dogs allowed with the All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly stays - no Fee! No cats. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
