Candice moved to Carteret County in 2014 from Orange County, California. Candice and her husband have 3 adult children and love to boat, fish, and spend time with family and friends. Her husband is a disabled veteran, and she knows how difficult transitions can be for families relocating.  Emerald Isle is one of the most beautiful places to live and vacation, and she feels so blessed to be able to share her love of the Southern Outer Banks. Candice worked with Mann Mortgage as a loan processor in Placentia, California, and later as a realtor in Yorba Linda, California. Her time working with Mann Mortgage gives Candice the ability to help guide her clients who may not fully understand the lending side. Candice loves spending time on the boat with her family, attending ECU football games, dancing, and spending time with her friends!
