As of Spring of 2021, restrictions once put in place for the state of North Carolina are slowly being lifted. Some of the condo amenities for various complexes are opening up to the public, however, not all of them are open and some are requiring some restrictions even if they are open. We are actively encouraging the HOAs to open their community amenities if they are able to do so safely.

Please be aware, many communities and condo HOAs across our island are making changes to normal procedures and or limiting and even restricting access to community amenities such as outdoor and indoor pools, clubhouses, fitness centers, game rooms, tennis courts, etc. Please be aware that amenities that are normally available to complex guests and residents may not be available due to concerns regarding COVID-19 even after the state's restrictions were lifted. Homeowner Associations are making the decision to open up their pools on an individual basis moving forward. The information regarding the availability of these amenities is fluid and ever-changing.
