Tradewinds is an adorable 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, soundfront home nestled in the heart of Emerald Isle.


It includes an endless supply of amenities such as a wet bar and an expanse of places to chill outside like a covered deck, screened in porch, private dock and pier, and a relaxing and adorable deck swing that is sure to be a fun time for all!


Enjoy hanging by the fireplace on those cool nights by the sound!


There is also an elevator for your convenience, plus the added benefit of carrying cargo, luggage, and groceries!


Bedding includes 2 kings, 1 queen, and 2 twins.


Linens and towels provided with beds made (weekly stays only).


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.


Nightly rentals are allowed with a 3-night minimum (last minute and off-season only).


No Smoking. No Pets.

-The elevator is for limited use only. This includes disabled persons, but should not be used for around the clock transportation of people!

The home is very nicely set up. The elevator was very helpful for a family member in wheel chair. The views are tremendous and was really cool to have pool table for family to play etc. Would certainly rent again.

Tradewinds has a lovely sound view, with a marshland walk to the covered dock. Good birding location. We used the screened porch a lot. 2 master bedrooms are a plus. There's a great game room; the pool table provides entertainment for those rainy days. Beds are really comfortable. Bathrooms have been recently updated. An elevator is welcome to get luggage and groceries to the upper floors. We love sound front at EI and will consider returning to this property, very nice!
