Ground level spacious conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a wonderful beach getaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.


Summer Winds B-237 is a Second Floor 4-Bedroom, 2 1/2-Bath condo with the ocean, pool, and sound views.


Total Bedding: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double, 3 Twins.


3 Color Cable TVs total: One large TV in living room, a TV in Queen Bedroom, and a smaller TV in Twin bedroom that can be used for gaming systems or a DVD/Blu-ray player.


2 DVDs, Stereo, CD Player. Pak-N-Play & 2 Booster Chairs make it child-friendly! Covered Decks with furniture.


Linens & Towels Provided! (Weekly stays only)


No Smoking.


No Pets.


Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.


Rents Nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

Our 2nd time staying in this condo ! Love how it has the big balcony. They upgraded the patio furniture which I loved ! We brought our own but we found kid bed rails , pack and play , and kid high chairs!

Spacious comfortable condo great for the whole family. Perfect ocean view and beach access. The pools were clean and right outside the balcony. The rev center is a great alternative if the weather is too hot or stormy.

Beautiful place to stay the condo was very nice, had everything we needed, the pools were clean and yards well kept, ocean view was perfect, the other guest, homeowners, and security were all friendly. Traveled with teens and it was nice not to have to worry about them in the pools alone and walking to the game room.Bluewater makes check in and out very simple. Highly recommend Summerwinds and we will be returning for future beach vacations!!

We have stayed at summer winds probably six times. We love the complex in general. I do think most of the units extra attention needs to be given to twin mattresses. They are for the most uncomfortable.

Summerwinds is a fantastic complex for the whole family! All 4 pools were wonderful, especially the outdoor saltwater pools (you can open your eyes without the sting of chlorine). The condo was clean and well stocked and had great ocean views. Overall we had a great time with plenty of room for the extended family for Father's Day (4 generations).

The Summerwinds complex is our family's favorite with beautiful pools, gameroom, and a short wake to a lovely beach. Our four bedroom condo was roomy and confortable for the 7 people on our trip. The porch was huge with a great view of the ocean.
