Ground-level spacious conference room for 150 next to the pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings, or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a wonderful beach getaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

601 Summer Winds is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath Penthouse Oceanfront condo. The penthouse suite is a private key access floor giving you lots of privacy while on vacation! RELAX and take in breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from the covered and uncovered oceanfront balcony. Master bedroom #1 has a King Bed with a Private Bath, Flat Screen TV, and BluRay Player. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed with a shared Bath and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed with a shared bath and a TV and built-in DVD player. Full Kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances including a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and stand-alone ice maker. The spacious Living Room has a Color Cable TV and DVD Player.
