Ground level spacious conference room for 150 next to pool courtyard. Ideal for meetings of all kinds: work seminars, weddings or family gatherings. These events can also be incorporated with a wonderful beach getaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

B-235 Summer Winds is a spectacular 2nd floor 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Oceanfront Condo! Living Room has great ocean and pool views and is equipped with a 50" Flat Screen HDTV and DVD Player. Master Bedroom has Beautiful Cherry furniture with King size Bed, Dresser, and 32" Flat Screen HDTV. Master Bath has large granite vanity with two sinks and lots of storage. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. All beds are topped with wonderful Memory Foam mattresses. Property has four TVs, two smart TVs and 2 color cable TVs.


New bedding, rugs, and paint throughout this immaculately maintained unit!


Well-equipped kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances with full size Washer / Dryer. This relaxing unit has Plantation Shutters throughout to block out the light for those who like to sleep late!

We booked the condo with only 2 weeks until our scheduled vacation. We had originally booked an oceanfront beach house, but the repairs were not completed from Hurricane Florence last year. It was nice to find such a wonderful condo at the last minute. We would definitely stay there again, if we were looking for a condo.

Summer Winds 235 was tremendous. The beds were so comfortable, the sectional was large enough for all of us to snuggle up on. Loved the deck and the VIEW. I'd suggest upgrading the patio furniture as it seemed out of place in such a well decorated and beautiful condo. The kitchen was well stocked and had almost everything we needed (I was hoping for a crock pot). The amenities at Summer Winds were great. Only 1 outdoor pool was open during our stay but that was fine. The indoor pool and sports complex suited my kids just fine. We loved every minute of our time.

Gorgeous Condo, we were so comfortable here! The owners thought of everything and this unit is so well equipped! Beautiful views of the pool and ocean from the balcony! We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed in several units at Summer Winds and this one is definitely the most well appointed. We were very comfortable and will stay here again if it's available. We LOVED everything about our vacation at Summer Winds 235! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, all furniture and appliances are brand new, kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the location is awesome ~ just steps away from the pool and beach, and the owners have taken great measures to ensure their guests have the best possible vacation! PROBABLY THE NICEST UNIT WE HAVE STAYED IN, WHICH WE PICKED BECAUSE IT LISTED NEW MATTRESSES WHICH WAS A BIG IMPROVEMENT FROM THE OTHERS.
