Summer Haven is a beautiful 3-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom oceanside home nestled in the heart of Emerald Isle. It is the perfect seaside retreat for your family's week at the beach! This cute and cozy little cottage by the coast is a wonderful place to create beachy memories and is certain to keep you coming back year after year! It has an adorable open deck at the front of the house with Adirondack chairs to take a seat and take in the salty breezes of Emerald Isle. Equipped with a fenced in backyard!


Summer Haven's location on Emerald Isle is convenient to many local eateries, small shops, grocery stores, and more, so you will never be too far from exploration and being able to attain the things you need during your stay!


Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, a smart TV, and access to the full bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a smart TV, and access to the full bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a twin over double bunk set, a smart TV, and access to the full bathroom. The living area boasts two large and comfy sofas and has plenty of space for your whole party along with a smart TV. The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as some great extras like a Keurig coffee maker and a slow cooker! The dining area provides a large counter-height table with seating for eight people, not to mention that the front deck's Adirondack chairs provide a refreshing snack space!


Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. All TVs around the home are Smart TVs for your entertainment and streaming needs. There is an in-unit laundry space that provides the convenience of an easily accessible washer and dryer as well as a lovely enclosed outdoor shower for post-beach rinsing without tracking sand into the home! A gas grill is on-premises and provides the opportunity for afternoon or evening cookouts with you and your fellow guests! Plenty of indoor and outdoor games make Summer Haven a true haven for all!
