With its own private balcony, equipped with four bar height large chairs and a table, you will get to relax with the outstanding full ocean view! The condo is also beautifully decorated with nautical decor throughout the whole space!


Convenient beach access just a short stroll away from Southwinds J16 with the community walkway to the beach. Not feeling the beach? Head to the community pool and soak up all the sun!


Total bedding includes one queen, one double, and 1 twin bunk set.


Bedroom #1 has a queen bed, private bathroom, window with oceanview, TV, two night stands with USB port lamps, large bureaus, and Mirror.


Bedroom #2 has one double bed and one twin bunk set, one night stand with USB port lamp, private closet, window with corridor/sound view, and close to hallway full bathroom.


The kitchen comes fully-equipped with two coffee makers (standard and Keurig), a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher to make home-cooked meals easy and accessible to you and your party throughout your stay. Also enjoy additional appliances such as a toaster oven, slow cooker, blender, and air fryer.


Additional Amenities: This condo is equipped with community wireless internet for your convenience. There are 2 TVs in the condo for your viewing pleasure with basic cable access.


Community Features: The community of Southwinds has two outdoor swimming pools, community grilling, a picnic table area, a private walkway to the beach solely allocated to the complex, and community outdoor showers to rinse off after a day of sand and sea!


Linens and towels are provided (weekly stays only).


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals are allowed with a 3-night minimum stay (last minute and off-season only).


No Smoking. No Pets.


For Trash: the HOA onsite dumpster is located on the property


No boats/trailers/ or campers are allowed on the property
