Soak up the sun and reel in dinner, then head back to your getaway on the shores of the Bogue Sound -- "Pop's Place"! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is located on the sound side of the island in beautiful Atlantic Beach. Enjoy time out on the water, by bringing your boat to dock at the private dock! Deep water access at boat dock. Will accommodate up to a 22' boat.


Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, TV, and Private Bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Twin Bed, TV, and Shared Bath. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed and a Twin Bunk with Shared Bath. The living room has a flat screen TV, 1 DVD Player and Deck access.


Additional amenities include: 3 Flat Screen TVs, Gas and Charcoal grill, Washer and Dryer, Small chest Freezer on ground level, Fully Equipped Kitchen with Coffee Maker, Oven, refrigerator, Microwave, Dishwasher, Blender & Crock Pot. Covered Decks with furniture and Porch Swing on the ground level.


Linens and Towels Provided for Weekly Stays Only.


Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with 3 night minimum during the off season.


No Smoking. No Pets.

Pop’s Place provided happiness for both the fishermen in my crowd and myself. The males loved the ability to dock their boat, have a fish cleaning station and garage area. The garage area was perfect for storing and “messing with” their fishing gear. The porch was perfect for myself. I enjoyed lots of rocking, napping and reading opportunities. The home was nicely decorated with a “home” atmosphere. The owners have certainly shown attention to detail to ensure a pleasant vacation. We appreciate them sharing their home… a home they have obviously shown “tender loving care.”

We've stayed at Pops 4 times and loved it every time. Total comfort, close to everything, perfect weather and caught a ton of fish from the dock. R&R like no place else. The house is always updated & very clean. Hopefully we left it just as clean as we found it. We love it, as you can see! As we are getting older, the stairs are getting tougher each time, but it's worth the climb, lol. We'll be back for another extended stay and hopefully it will be right here at Pops Place. Time spent here does not count as time spent, the views are amazing. Thank y'all for sharing it with us!!!

The house was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. Loved having our boat out front.The linen company provided more than enough towels, wash cloths, etc. If Pop would add ceiling fans to the outdoor, covered porch, that would be awesome! Other than that, very comfortable home, we loved it, & we've already rebooked for next summer!

Pop's Place is the perfect place for those who enjoy being sound side, fishing off the dock, or docking your boat. The covered porch allow coverage during sunny or rainy days. Plenty of room for 3 couples. This was our second time at Pop's Place and we enjoyed it just as much as our first.

Loved the no hassle fast, key-less simple check in and out process.This has to be the first time I've ever had all the linens needed, or more, without asking for more or being told it will cost extra. Everything to do with the linens was simple, clean and efficient. The entire home was spotless inside & out and everything was as promised.From my initial contact through check out was simple. I plan on renting through Bluewater every time if possible.

This was an amazing soundfront home. It fully accommodated my family. We brought our boat so the dock was key to our water activities. We have rented many homes on the area. This was my favorite so far. You can tell the owner cares about their home. It is practically fully renovated and very clean. We appreciate them renting it to us through you guys!

If you own a boat and love to fish and okay in the water... this is the perfect place. It is convenient. The house is accommodating and clean. And you have access to the garage downstairs for storing coolers and fishing rods. Great place.
