Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

The I Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts and clubhouse which has a weight room. Only a short walk to the ocean and oceanfront pool!


I-206 Pebble Beach is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Second-Floor, Poolview Condo. Bedroom has a Queen bed. Living Room connect to covered Balcony with Furniture. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a Dishwasher & Microwave. Full bath.


Additional Amenities: 1 Color Cable TV, Central AC/Heat, Stackable Washer/Dryer.


No Smoking. No Pets.


PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.


Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.

We loved our stay at Peeble Beach in Emerald Isle. Nice accommodations with easy, comfortable access to the beach. A very family friendly location that was neat, clean, and quiet. We will definitely be renting from Bluewater and returning to Peeble Beach in the future.

I have not been at the Pebble Beach Condos for many years after I stayed there regularly in late 90's early 2000. Except for the Gym (under repair), the grounds looked better than ever and the room was great!

It was nice but needed a few items. Peeler, colander, drain for sink in kitchen, sharp knives, and a new toilet seat. It would also be nice if they had another lamp in the living room. A little dark.

The condo we stayed in was updated with granite in the kitchen, nice furniture, and a soft rug. The condo was clean and well organized. I love the beautiful beaches at Emerald Isle! The beach at Pebble Beach is clean not too crowded. There are three options for pools, including one indoor pool. The surrounding food and shopping places are great!
