Play tennis or grill-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. A 2,000 square foot Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed. Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises.


The I Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse which has a weight room. Only a short walk to the ocean and oceanfront pool! Pebble Beach is a gated community with private beach access and a convenient ramp for easy access to the sand and sea. When you vacation at Pebble Beach, you have resort perks, 2 outdoor pools (seasonal), an indoor heated pool (open year round), 2 tennis courts, gym, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a beach gazebo, and manicured landscaping.


I-202 Pebble Beach is a 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath Second Floor Condo. This condo is steps from the beach and you can walk or ride your bike to restaurants, coastal shops, grocery, movie theaters, water park, putt putt golf, go carts, fishing pier, and more! The Living Area has a color cable TV & covered balcony with chairs. Dining Area with 2-seat bar-height dining table. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, drip coffee maker, Crock Pot, BBQ tools, high-top breakfast bar, spices, kitchen towels, and dish soap. Master Bedroom has a California King bed with Tempur Pedic mattress, ceiling fan, clock radio, plenty of storage and drawer space, TV, and Full Bath.


Additional Amenities: Free WiFi and Cable TV, 2 Flat Screen TVs with DVD and Movie collection, iron/ironing board, private covered balcony, high top patio furniture, pool and garden views, beach chairs, pool toys, outdoor showers, and free parking. Central AC/Heat. Washer/Dryer. Queen sleeper sofa comfortably sleeps 2.


Linens and towels provided with beds made (weekly stays only).


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.


Effective January 2022, nightly rentals will be allowed with a 2-night minimum (last minute and off-season only).

The Pebble Beach condos provided the convenience of being right off the bridge and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor heated pool (wished the sauna was working) and being on the beach really enhanced this property. During the warmer months the 2 outside pools would be lovely. The website pictures of the condo were accurate and would love to return. Everyone we met in the area was very friendly and helpful.
