The grounds are beautifully landscaped and you can walk straight from the condo to the beach via private walkway. Genesis 17 is beautifully and comfortably furnished with 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds and a Double sleeper sofa. All Bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs. Enjoy the Community Pools available on the complex. Equipped with Community High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience! And two charcoal grills for a nice evening cookout to top off your beach stay.


Please note that the Condominium Complex has a 2 car, 8 person limit per condo. There is no overflow parking, and boats are not allowed in the parking area.


No linens are provided, but you can speak with your vacation planner about optional linen add-ons!

The view from the condo is amazing. The condo is furnished very nicely, and comfortable for two families vacationing together. We enjoyed the amenities of the property and found the residents to be very welcoming and gracious. The beach was steps from our door and absolutely gorgeous. The restaurants in the area were incredible. We had a fabulous time and will definitely return to the Crystal Coast. The Bluewater staff was wonderful to work with. It was a perfect vacation.
