Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Double/Twin Bunk Bed with Trundle, Game Table and TV. One Full Bath. 2 Enclosed Hot & Cold outside Showers. Park-Style Charcoal Grill. In-Ground Saltwater Swimming Pool (12¡ X 25¡) and hot tub. Pool & Patio area has ample outside furniture. (Garage not included in rental.)


Level One: Master Bedroom Suite #2 has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #3 has a King Bed and a Full Bath. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Bunk Beds and a Full Bath.


Level Two: Great Room/Living has Gas-log Fireplace, Cathedral Ceilings and a Half Bath. Surround Sound Stereo & Flat Screen 3D TV. Dining Table seats 10 and additional bar island seats 6. The proximity to the ocean was less than 5 minutes. You couldn't see the ocean from the porch but you could hear it which was nice for our morning coffee wake up time. The location to shops an restaurants was great. We loved the private neighborhood. It was exceptionally quiet. We had morning and evening visitors of rabbits, deer and frogs, even had a snake visit which the grandson loved! One of the best vacations ever! Thanks Bluewater! We would love to rent this villa again!

The home we rented exceeded our expectations in space, cleanliness, and convenience. Despite the local attractions closed due to Covid-19, we had everything we needed at the rental home to enjoy a family vacation, including private access to the beach when the public access' were closed. We would definitely rent with Bluewater in the future!!

Great location! Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach public-access. Private backyard and pool area surrounded by trees. Nice deck and screened porch on upper level with dining table, hammock, and adirondack chairs. We enjoyed our stay!

Dolphin's Lullaby was a very large and well kept home. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for all of us. I would say it was about a 4min walk to the beach access. If you are walking fast 2 1/2 min. The pool was a nice size about 3ft in the shallow end, 5 ft in the deep end (I'm guestamating). Nice hot tub. The elevator was a nice feature as well if you were too tired to use the steps. We loved the screened in porch! Very nice home.

While the house is generous in size and accommodations, the lack of kitchen counter space for food prep and lack of food storage space (you are given 1 cabinet) made things very difficult. The pantry is off limits and having it would have helped tremendously. When you have a house that sleeps 12+ people and can handle a large group, please also consider possibility of needing an additional refrigerator. We used our coolers since there was only 1 fridge. The oven was also very slow to heat up and cook food. The paltry cleaning supplies ( ancient vacuum cleaner, small metal broom, and a cheap swiffer) are located on the first floor while The kitchen and main living area are on the third floor.

Dolphin's Lullaby provided the perfect vacation spot for our multi-family vacation! The layout was perfect for the younger kids, teenagers (room on separate floor) and adults alike. We had a wonderful time in the pool and hot tub at the house and the ocean was only a 5 minute walk away. Best of all was the wrap around decks on two floors making the indoor/outdoor living paradise!

The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils and dishes. We had a big group and cooked some pretty big meals. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. Lots of room, the porches and swings were awesome and the beach is gorgeous. We had a great time. One of the best rentals for a large group we have had.
