Quiet little Radio Island is central to the most desired locations in the area! We are a brand new (2022) waterfront townhouse facing Morgan's Creek and minutes away from the Beaufort and Morehead City waterfronts. Bring your boat and/or rent one locally, as the Beaufort Inlet, Shackleford, Cape Lookout, and ICW is just a short boat ride away. Watch the dolphins swim our creek daily with coastal birds across in the marshes. Beautiful wild horses can be seen walking the shores of our nearby islands...and the beach access is just a short walk away! Check out the community pool and cabana after a day of boating. Our boat slip/boat lift is ready for your V-Haul type boat up to 28' with water and power located at the end of the dock. Dock is located just steps away from our back entrance! Radio Island boat ramp conveniently located just minutes from Dolphin Cove!

Our central location, on Radio Island, is just a short drive or boat ride to Morehead City or Beaufort with fine dining and shopping and everything in between!
