You will certainly have an amazing vacation at Cozy Cottage on the Canal - this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, sound-side home is a true hidden gem nestled comfortably in Emerald Isle! The home backs up to the public park (at the police department) and has a private pathway for immediate access to the playground, basketball court, and tennis court! Between the park-access and the optimal cul-de-sac location, this is a great spot for a family vacation and safe for the kids to boot!


Total bed count includes 1 king and 4 queens.


Bedroom #1 has a king bed and a private full bathroom with a bidet, heated seat, and double vanity. Bedroom #2 and Bedroom #3 each have a queen bed and a closet, and share a common full bathroom. Bedroom #4 is a stand-alone in-law suite. It boasts a bedroom with a queen bed and a private full bathroom. The sofa pulls out and the suite has its own private kitchen - it can be locked from the rest of the home and is located on the first floor for relatively easy access. The Game Room has a queen pull-out sofa with a private full bathroom and wet bar. This room also has a 55" Smart TV and a dining table with board games - fun for your whole party! You will also have use of a card/poker table and a dart board!


The home is ready with 2 fully equipped kitchens that have everything you will need to stay well-fed on your vacation. There are 2 coffee makers, 2 ovens, a whopping 4 refrigerators, a stand-alone icemaker, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, and a toaster oven!


Additional Amenities: The home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are 4 flat-panel TVs including 2 Smart TVs with access to various streaming platforms for your viewing pleasure - these include Netflix, Hulu, Roku, Apple TV, and a slew of premium cable channels!
