Full boat launch & boat parking privileges are available for $10 per day, private lakes & trails for hiking & biking, a soundside pool, & 2 beautiful hard court tennis courts! Love to grill? The grassy area behind the Breakers building has an in-ground grill. The sheltered pool area is fenced in and great on windy days.

The living area is complete with a Flat Panel TV equipped with basic cable. Equipped with High-Speed Wireless Internet provided by complex, so you can stay connected on your vacation.
