Blue Pelican is a beautiful Beaufort Mainland Home nestled in the community of Beau Coast. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and is located near some of the finest eats the Crystal Coast has to offer - plus, it is just a short drive from Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and more!

Total bedding includes 2 queen, 1 double, & 1 twin bunk set.

The fully-equipped kitchen can also be considered a Gourmet Kitchen that has a coffee maker, a Keurig, garbage disposal, an oven, a fridge with its own attached ice maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, and toaster oven.

The community of Beau Coast boasts a community pool, access to the dock, and fitness room access, pickle ball courts, tennis Courts and more!

Pool Information: Pool Season is approximately, Mid-May – Mid-September

POOL HOURS: 9am – 10pm

When entering the pool please bring the key fob to gain access. A pool attendant will be present on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m . When entering the pool, please locate the pool attendant (stationed at a table inside the pool closest to the men’s pool restroom) and provide the following information in the Pool Log Book: Address, Time of Entry, & rental company name (Bluewater).

Guest will need to stop by the AB office prior to check-in to receive their garage opener & amenity fob!

Linens and towels are provided for weekly stays only.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.

Nightly rentals are allowed with a 2-night minimum during the off-season and for last-minute stays.

NO SMOKING.

Dogs are allowed (2 max) with our all-inclusive pet program! (Hypo-Allergenic Pets Only)

Please Note: Boat parking is not allowed in Beau Coast. Guest will need to store their boats and trailer at Beaufort Docks (This is the closet dock to Beau Coast).
