Ground Level: Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower. Gameroom with Foosball Table, Ladder Ball, Darts, Pool Table & 50" Flat Screen TV with DVD Player and an electric fireplace (available for use all year round)! Newly added half bathroom! Ground Level also has 2 Full Futons.


Level One: Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom with a King Bed, a Full-Bath, TV, DVD Player, Stereo, and Covered Deck Access. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV, DVD Player, Stereo, and Covered Deck Access. Bedroom #3 has a Twin Bed and a Twin Bunk Set with a TV and DVD Palyer. Bedrooms #2 and #3 share a Full-Bath.


Level Two: Living Area has a Gas Log Fireplace (off season only) & a 40" Flat Screen TV. Dining Area. Access to an Open & Covered Deck with Furniture. Kitchen/Bar has a Microwave and a Dishwasher. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed, TV, DVD Player & a Private Bath.


Amenities include: High Speed Wireless Internet, an Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Beach Butler lift, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Open & Covered Decks with Furniture, a Gas Log Fireplace, Electric Fireplace, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, High Speed DSL Internet Access, 6 TVs, 6 DVD Players 3 Stereos, and a Washer/Dryer. Enjoy the boat launch facility and access to the sound at the new Emerald Isle Boat Launch Facility located less than 2 miles away! Between Mile Marker 17.5 and 18 on Highway 58, adjacent to Chapel By The Sea. Beach Butler Lift available for easy access to all levels of the home! Perfect for loading, unloading, groceries and avoiding carrying items up the stairs.


The exterior Beach Butler Cargo Lift is for luggage, groceries and cargo use only. This lift is not permitted for the use of transporting people

We had a wonderful week and this property was perfect for our family. A time for all of our kids, spouses and grandkids to be and enjoy the beach. The porches and rocking chairs were amazing to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes under the shade. The game room was a blessing downstairs, lots of room to spread out, enjoy dinner as a large family, appliances were perfect and the many bowls/plates/cups and kitchen supplies were readily available. It's the first time we've stayed here and we would certainly come back again!

This was our 7th year in Beach Schooner and everyone had a great time as always. The house is so comfortable and has so many books, puzzles, board games, and the wonderful downstairs game room, that even a rainy day is no problem. Sitting on the deck looking at the ocean or taking the short walk to the beach is awesome!

This is our fifth year renting Beach Schooner. It is a home made for families. There are puzzles, games, and a game room that keeps getting better with each passing year. The beach is so close on those blissful sunny days, but a heated game of pool, chess, or Foosball awaits for those rainy days and evenings. The kitchen is well stocked and has all the cookware, etc., that you need. Plus a great view of the ocean when it's your turn to do the dishes 😉

Great house! It had pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and very well kept. The game room was a HUGE hit with everyone! Great views and a short walk to the beach. Only downsides were that the bedroom on the living room level and the room with the bunk beds were VERY tight with all of the furniture and the shower stalls were a bit small. Overall, one of the best homes we've rented in the 20+ years we've been coming to Emerald Isle. Would definitely rent this home again.

Beach Schooner was once again the best! This was our second summer staying at Beach Schooner, and this time we booked for two weeks (same for next summer as well). My mom, 15-year old daughter, 7-year old daughter and I enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave! The decor is beautiful, the kitchen is well stocked with spices and such, and the furniture and beds are super comfy. It gives such a homey feel and the location is wonderful. It feels like you are staying in an actual neighborhood, and the view of and short, short walk to the ocean are perfect. The game room was such a plus in the evenings and on the one day it rained (the last day!). I loved that the house had so many things for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, floats, sand toys). This is everything anyone could possibly ever want in a beach house and more. Truly the best property ever, I won't book at any other!The Glaubke's from Cincinnati, Ohio

We have rented this property twice now and plan on renting it again. This property is definitely my favorite. The location is great and it makes you feel like you live there. It is decorated beautifully and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking the catch of the day, whether it be crab or fish. Can't wait to come back again. Someday Iwill live in Emerald Isle. This home is beautifully furnished and was a short walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed watching movies on the big TV in the game room while shooting a game of pool. We enjoyed the views and the breeze while rocking on the porch. The internet was very slow with 6 adults all trying to use smartphones or tablets - our only complaint. Otherwise we would return to the Beach Schooner again.

Beach Schooner was the best beach house ever! I came from Cincinnati with my mom, my teenage daughter and her friend and my 6 year old daughter. We only rented for a week but next year we are booking for two. It was my 6 year olds first trip to the ocean and this house made it all the more enjoyable. The decor is up to date and clean looking (and I am a little funny about how furniture looks!) and so bright with all of the windows. The house was absolutely perfect, with the game room on the first floor the kids could have their own space and it was great on the one only day that it rained. The house is stocked with games and tons of DVD's, beach chairs, even a great assortment of spices and such in the kitchen. The elevator was such a plus, especially for my mom. Best house on the island! Wish I could buy it!
