Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with TV and Private Bath and Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed with TV. Additional Amenities Include: 3 flat screen Smart TVs, stereo/CD player, Premium cable with HBO and Showtime, (Netflix and Amazon prime viewing from your private account ). Fully Equipped Kitchen with a toaster, coffee maker and blender. Washer & Dryer. Fenced in yard. Sun deck and screened in porch. Garage for Parking or beach toy storage. High Speed Wireless Internet, gas grill, hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower.


Linens and Towels provided with beds made. ( weekly stays only)


No Smoking. DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Clean and just the right size for the two of us and our 2 Westies. So happy that it had cable TV access and not just "smart TV" streaming, so we could watch the NCAA football playoffs. The fenced yard was perfect for the pups. Friendly neighborhood and easy access to the beach. Had a great week!
