Completely Renovated! –Fun is Always N Season when you visit this 7 Bedroom, 5 Full Bath, Almost Oceanfront property with a Private Swimming Pool (Optional Heat) and Hot Tub. Only a few steps from the beach, which is never crowded because the island is only 3-houses deep in this stretch of Emerald Isle! The elevator and outdoor ramp from the driveway make for easy access to the entire house. The Large “Cook’s Kitchen” has plenty of counter space and is fully stocked with everything you’ll need to make meals for 20! Enjoy the big screen media room, pool table and foosball for evening entertainment. Great views of BOTH the Ocean out front and Bogue Sound behind!


All new bathrooms and plank flooring throughout the house, plus all new porch and pool deck furniture. New decks and porches on every level, outdoor grill station/patio, and new hot tub. New kitchen and new furniture throughout.


Ground Level: Media Room has a 90” Roku TV and Surround Sound. Game Room has a Pool Table and Foosball Table with a large Roku TV. Bedroom #1 has 2 Double/Twin Bunk Sets. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. There is one Full-Bath on this level as well as a kitchenette.


Level One: Master Bedroom #3 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in double shower and free-standing tub, and a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedroom #4 has a Queen Bed & a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedroom #5 has a King Bed and a Deck with Ocean Views. Bedrooms #4 and #5 have access to a Full-Bath with a walk-in shower. Bedroom #6 has a King bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower, and Views of the Sound.


Level Two: Spacious Great Room with a vaulted ceiling has a Living Area, a Kitchen Area and a Dining Area (seating 16+) with wall-to-wall Ocean and Sound Views. The Large Covered Porch is just off of the Living Area and offers ample seating and an outdoor dining table for 8 & Great Ocean Views from east to west. Bedroom #7 has a King Bed, an en suite Bath with a walk-in shower and free-standing tub, and Great Views of Bogue Sound.

Our family enjoyed our stay in this home. It has modern bathrooms and is beautifully decorated. The elevator makes it very convenient when bringing in luggage and groceries as well as for people who have difficulty with stairs. The new decking is very nice - no worries of splinters. There are beautiful views of both the ocean and the sound. The beach access is only one house down.

Always N Season is a property with stunning ocean and sound views! We loved seeing both in the front and back of the house. The kitchen was very modern. Carpets seemed new. Gave the house a very homey feel. My daughter said many times it felt like 'home' to her. The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved the cozy feel of the media room and our kids loved the pool table. We will definitely return to this property.

'The property and home was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for a crowd of 14 adults. All of our group enjoyed the place and especially enjoyed the large kitchen and family style table for our meals shared together. Bedrooms were good size with plenty of bathrooms and shower areas to not feel crowded. The house has a lot of nice amenities with elevator, gaming area, theater room, and pool area. The place had large covered porches for great ocean view and family time together in mornings and evenings along with easy walking access to beach front. The view was beautiful!! Watching the sunrise on the deck in the morning was breathtaking. Having all the comforts of home while on vacation made this vacation very worthwhile. The house itself is beautiful. It was too cold to use the pool, but we took advantage of the hot tub. The house is very spacious which was wonderful because we had several people at the house. There is plenty to do off the isle for younger kids as well. Thank you Bluewater Rentals!! We will definitely make this a regular getaway!!

Such a great house! We had 15 people in the house, 5 children 6 and under and 8 adults, and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! Having the pool and hot tub was great for when the kids were tired of the sand and salty ocean. The furnishings inside the house are nicely done and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Having two refridgerators was a must! The views are incredible from all the decks and the beach access was literally just across the street. A great stay!

Always N Season is the perfect location, Almost Oceanfront! You can enjoy the sound and the ocean views. Beach access is so convenient. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. We had a few minor issues, most likely the result of the being the first renters of the season. The Bluewater staff was so responsive and accommodating. We hope to make Always N Season the family vacation spot.
