The Alex Moore House is unlike any other! This 3 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom house located in the Mainland of Swansboro offers over 100 years of history on the Crystal Coast. The Alex Moore House is located in the Swansboro Historic District and was built in 1906 and renovated in 2015.


Level One: Outside you will be greeted with a beautiful rose garden, a private, heated pool (May - November), gas grill, bar area and other furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with Viking Professional appliances, wine refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, coffee maker, garbage disposal, blender, double oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator with attached ice-maker. Living Room has a Flat Screen TV with cable, DVD, Roku and home theater system. Dining Room has a table seated for 8 with an adjacent Den perfect for winding down with a nice book or catching up on work!


Level Two: Bonus Room has a Flat Screen TV with Spectrum content via app, Roku access and an attached full Bathroom. Down the hall is Bedroom #1 with two Twin beds and Deck Access. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Sized Bed with a Smart TV with Spectrum content via app and Roku TV. There is a Full Bath located in the Hall. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, Deck Access, Flat Screen TV with Spectrum cable and an attached private Full Bath with a clawfoot tub and walk-in closet.


Additional Amenities: Roku, Home Theater System, Tiki Bar, DVD Player, 4 Flat Screen TVs, Deck Furniture, Deck Access, Covered Deck, Professional Landscaping, Deck Swing, Maple Hardwood Floors repurposed from Camp Lejeune Base Gym, Heated Outdoor Pool which can be heated for $625 a week (May-November). Two Parking Spaces and additional parking on the street.


Parking space to the right of House belongs to neighbor - Do Not Use


Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made (weekly stays only)!


NO SMOKING. NO PETS


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.


Nightly rentals will be allowed with a 3-night minimum (last minute and off-season only).
