Admiral's Watch is a 7 Bedroom, 7 1/2 Bath Home that sits on one of the highest dunes with natural vegetation and amazing view of the beach. On a clear day, the view from the gazebo encompasses the crescent of island beaches from "the point" to beyond Salter Path... hence , the name Admiral¡s Watch. Although the home is located in a strictly residential area, it is just a short walk or bike ride to Bogue Pier and to area shops and restaurants.

Ground Level: Laundry room with a washer and dryer and concrete patio with three picnic tables and a gas grill. Recreation room with a kitchenette, poker table, pool table, foosball table and 1/2 bath. Theater room with a 60 inch TV. The beach storage room includes a corn hole set as well as beach and pool equipment for guest¡s use. Alcove with desk and shelves.

Level One: 3 master bedrooms with King beds, two of which have deck access. One master bath with a whirlpool tub and another has an over-sized shower. Two other bedrooms share a bath and separate hallway. One has two Twin beds and the other has two bunk beds (1 twin/twin and 1 double/twin). The expansive living room has two double sleeper sofas, a gas log fireplace, a business area with printer/FAX and a centrally controlled sound system. Game Area has a X Box One with four controllers and a Playstation 4 with 4 controllers. This area is dedicated to gaming and is the only television without cable. The dining area has an over-sized table that seats 12 informally. Additional inside seating for 8 is available using the gate-leg table in the dining area. There are two coffee tables with stools underneath. If needed 8 additional chairs and two tables for 4 can be found in bedrooms. Outside seating is available at the tables on the two covered porches and the uncovered deck. The fully equipped Kitchen has ample counter space, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, 2 dishwashers, double oven glass top stove, large microwave, toaster (2), toaster oven, coffee pots, etc. The corning square cutting board next to the stove is also a stage for very hot items. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is on this level. Level one is accessible by ramps from the ground level, pool level, and gazebo.

Pool Level: Private free-form pool (may be heated for $625.00/week) and hot tub is on this level along with a pool house with Kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee urn). The pool house has a bathroom and separate shower inside. There is also an outside hot and cold shower on the pool deck, near the hot tub. The pool house porch has a wet bar with granite countertops.

Level Two: 2 master bedrooms with King beds both with direct access to the Deck. One master bath has a whirlpool tub and the other has an oversized shower. There is a second full kitchen on this level with a stove/oven, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, etc. There is a bar with granite countertops and special features include a Margaritaville machine and a unique double paddle ceiling fan with a parrot on a swing suspended from the high ceiling. The sound system can also be controlled from this level and includes outside speakers on the deck. Glass and mirrored shelves and a 50-inch HD flat screen TV complete the atmosphere in this special room.

Child-Friendly Features: There is a baby crib store in the west bedroom closet on the main floor. There are also two high chairs stored in the bunk bed room behind the door.

Additional Amenities: 10 HD flat screen TVs (1- 70",1 - 55¡¡ and 6 - 37¡¡), DVD players available, central sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers and iPod port, Xbox One, Playstation 4, High-Speed Wireless Internet, free domestic and international long distance, printer/FAX, answering machine, 2 washers, 2 dryers, 3 microwaves, 4 refrigerators, 4 dishwashers, outdoor hot and cold shower, gas grill, covered and uncovered decks, concrete patio, private pool, pool house (with refrigerator, microwave, shower, bathroom, and wet bar), Beach gear, pool toys, gazebo, room with pool table, dishes, glassware and flatware for events. Storage Closet that includes a corn hole set, beach toys, and wave boards. Full-size crib with safety locks and mattress (does not include linens, so you will have to bring your own crib sheet), 2 Restaurant Style High Chairs, Baby Dishes and Silverware, and Bed guard.

The pool may be heated for $625/week.
