This beautiful home is just a short distance from a beach access and just minutes from shops and restaurants. There is also plenty of room to potentially store your boat on the property!

This is a single level home that has been recently updated with all brand new furnishings. You have access to a community boat ramp and dock just down the street from the home. Enjoy the covered front and side porch equipped with deck furniture. The cushions for the outdoor furniture are stored in the louvered door closet on the exterior of the house. There are also 4 Beach Chairs, a cooler and an Umbella available for guest use.

Bedroom #2: Twin Bunk set, Single Twin Bed, Smart TV.
