2 Step is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, ranch style home with beautiful views of the ocean and just a couple of steps from private beach access to the sand and sea! With only 2 Steps, gathering your belongings and groceries doesn’t require climbing a full flight of steps! There is no need to leave your fluffy four-legged friends at home because this gem is pet-friendly! The added convenience of a large, level yard makes this the perfect vacation spot for all of your outdoor games with the family and for your pets to run around freely!


Master bedroom #1 has a king bed, its own private ensuite bathroom, and a TV. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a private bathroom, and a TV. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, a twin bunk, and a TV. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom that can be controlled via the light switch along with the bedroom lights. The fully-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and the home is equipped with a washer and dryer!


Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. You will find several entertainment features such as 4 flat-screen TVs that have the ability to stream all of your favorites with access to Netflix, Hulu, a web browser, premium cable channels, and a Roku! You will find that the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you could need plus an ice-cream maker, blender, and coffee machine. You will be able to enjoy cooking out with the family on the charcoal park-style grill and if the weather is nice you can even eat outside on the furnished deck!

Linens and towels provided (weekly stays only).


Rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay (last minute or off-season only).

Wonderful, comfortable home that is close to the beach. My family loved that the house was updated. We enjoyed the board games as a family and the big dining table to play on and eat together every night. We rented bikes and had fun biking and the island and on the beach. We would definitely stay at this beach house again!

Our family had a wonderful week at 2 Step! We felt at home from the moment we walked in the door. This home is not only clean but beautifully decorated and well equipped that you don't need to worry about anything!The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances, kitchenware and utensils you will need if you want to cook at home. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds, nice bedding and great closet space. For those that wish to stay connected during vacation, the home is equipped with high-speed internet and flat screen TVs with premium cable channels. We also took advantage of the various games and puzzles available and ended each day by hanging out on the spacious deck or playing cards/games at the big kitchen table.2 Step is conveniently located to everything - access to the beach, public boat dock, grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the beach as it was a 2 minute walk away with its own private beach access walkway. It was also nice to have the new outdoor shower to rinse off our sandy feet after coming back from the beach or to take a shower in.We truly loved our stay and can wait to come back again!

2 Step is a charming oceanside house with a cozy feel. The kitchen has new appliances and is well stocked from pots/pans to spices. The house is in excellent condition with comfortable and stylish furniture. We enjoyed the little touches around the home which really made you feel at home. If you like to watch tv, this house is set-up well with nice flat screen tv's and a great television package. 2 Step really worked for us with 4 adults, 1 child, and 2 dogs. The walk to the beach is almost direct and not far at all (hardly any stairs which is a plus for us with a lot of beach gear)! We loved our stay at 2 Step and will return!
