Ground Level: Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed, a full-bath and a covered patio. Hot & Cold Outside Shower. Level One: Bedroom #2 has a King bed, a full-bath and a covered balcony. Bedroom #3 has a Twin bed w/trundle and a covered balcony. Bedroom #4 has a Double/Twin bunk set and a balcony. (bedrooms #3 and #4 share a bath). Level Two: Living & Dining Area have open oceanview decks. Living Area has a Flat Screen TV. The Kitchen includes an island snack bar area for additional seating. There is also a half-bath conveniently available on this level. Additional Amenities: 3 Flat Screen TVs, 1 DVD Player, 1 Stereo/CD Player; Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Open & Covered Decks, Enclosed Hot/Cold Outdoor Shower, Charcoal Grill. The house was HUGE! The bedrooms were perfect size and everyone had a bed -It is in very good condition -the pictures on the site do NOT do it justice! -We were very happy with the rental and loved how it was close to the beach -The outdoor shower was a favorite also, it was big and worked well -The deck space was fabulous!

Roomy cottage with 3.5 bathrooms. Modern island kitchen for convenient food preparation. Covered parking for 2 cars. Two new heat pumps were more than adequate for cooling. Boogie boards and sand toys provided. 2 to 3 minutes walk to the beach access. Wide, uncrowded beach. Would definitely rent again.
