Level One: Located on this level is the Living Area with TV, DVD player and Deck Access. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and TV.


Level Two: Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, TV and Deck Access. Bedroom #3 has a Queen Bed, TV and DVD player. Bedroom #4 has 2 Twin Beds and TV.


Amenities Include: 4 Color Cable TVs including a 42" Flat Screen HDTV with Blueray Player & Netflix, DVD Player, 1 Stereo, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, Central Air/Heat, a Cold Outdoor Shower with Dressing Area, a Shared Washer/Dryer, Open and Covered Decks with Furniture, and a Charcoal Grill. Tranquillis East is a beautiful property! This is our 2nd stay at this property. The entire duplex has been remodeled from top to bottom and is up to date with all the furnishings. We loved the pool and hot tub and the beach is just across the street. The house has beautiful ocean views. Already talking about renting it again next year. Bluewater associates are great to work with and checking in and out was a breeze! Perfect vacation on the Crystal Coast!

I absolutely loved the house. It is located right across the street from the beach access and if needed, their is another access (wooden dock) less than a block away for those who might have a hard time walking to the beach. This was great for my elderly parents.The pool and the hot tub was awesome as well. A pool will always be a must have for now on. It was perfect when it was too hot or too late for the beach. Perfect place!

Our rental is at a great location and not far from all amenities on EI. The property ha a great pool area and grills are available. Great ocean view and new decks are great.
