If you are not the early bird then enjoy the beach for the day & soak up the breath taking sunsets in the evening. Tides Out West offers High Speed Internet for those who like to stay connected on the go. High Speed Internet does not mean this home is equipped with Wireless Internet.


Level One : Living area with ocean views and deck access, Dining Area with seating for six, Kitchen with bar seating for three, and Bedroom #1 has a King Bed


Level Two : Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed, Bedroom #3 has a Double Bed & Twin Bed, and Bedroom #4 has a King Bed, ocean views and deck access.


Additional Amenities: 3 TVs, DVD player, Hardwood Floors, Outdoor Decks, Outdoor Shower, & Gas Grill.

The views from the decks were nice and the house was in great shape. The location could not be better if you enjoy lots of open space on the beach. The duplex has nice partitions on the porches so you still feel somewhat secluded from your neighbors.

All other properties will be booked on a monthly basis anytime during the year for September 1st unless noted otherwise.
