Swiss House is a 5 Bedroom 3 Bath Oceanfront home located in beautiful Atlantic Beach. This property features High Speed Wireless Internet so you can stay connected on the go. Level One: Living room with two couches, two chairs, deck access and flat screen TV. Dinning room seating 8. Fully equipped Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 5 bar stools. Decks off this level, covered and uncovered with outdoor furniture. Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and TV. Bedroom #2 has a Double/Twin Bunk. Bedroom #1 and #2 share the bathroom on this level, which has a shower/tub combo.


Level Two: Bedroom #3 has a King bed and TV. Bathroom can be private for bedroom #3 with double sinks and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 has a twin bunk with shared bath. Bedroom #5 Master King bed, TV, sitting area, deck access and private bath with double sinks and walk in shower.


Additional Amenities: 4 Flat Screen TV¡s, 1 Blu-Ray Player, TV that is internet enabled allowing for Roku, Netflix and Amazon account sign ins, Outdoor Shower, No Private Beach Walkway, Must use public beach access, Covered Decks, Deck Furniture & Washer/Dryer in garage.

Swiss House is an incredibly well built cottage with ample space especially the extended porch. We spent the majority of our visiting time at the picnic table and couches and rockers and the swing. The kitchen (in my opinion) is well stocked and the bedrooms & bathrooms all spacious. The garage under the house fit 2 cars and the laundry facility was a great help mid-week. Our family would definitely stay at Swiss House again in the future.

Deck on beachside is awesome. On the deck we ate, completed crafts, had a talent show, enjoyed swinging! Its a great space for family! The bedrooms had enough beds for us all! Thanks BlueWater for helping us find Swiss House.

Great porches with comfortable furniture, and great views. Nice large living space with plenty of seating. The TVs were easy to use and we could find our ball games. Location is perfect, It is away from the crowds but just 10 houses away if you want to people watch. I would give this house 5 stars except for no ice maker and the dishwasher is worth using.
