Summer Winds 404 is a beautiful and cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, fourth-floor condo on the beautiful crystal coast oceanfront!


Total Bedding includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa (Linens are not provided for Queen Sleeper Sofa).


Additional Amenities: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are three flat-screen TVs throughout the home that are all equipped with basic cable and you will also have a DVD player and Blu-ray player for your entertainment. Snuggle up and choose a movie to watch from the generously provided DVD library. If reading is more your style you're in luck - there is also a book library available to choose from!


Linens and towels provided without beds made (Weekly Stays Only).


Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday.


Nightly rentals allowed with a 2-night minimum (off-season only).


No Smoking. No Pets.

The view was excellent! We saw dolphins on two different occasions, which was exciting! I am glad I brought my binoculars! Access to the Summer Winds recreation area was great on the cooler days. I was able to cook most of our meals with the available cookware, however, a few glass casserole dishes would have been useful. The Master king size bed was comfortable. We did have problems with the lock on the unit, but my husband was able to figure out how to work it and I didn't have to call maintenance. Overall, I would rent this unit again.
