Queens Court 1208 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Angled Oceanfront Condo with a private balcony. Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, TV and access to the outdoor balcony! Dining Area has seating for four. The Kitchen/bar Area has a microwave, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, electric can opener & dishwasher.

Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV and a Private Full Bath.Bedroom #2 has a Double Bed. A Twin Cot (if needed) is available in the closet. A Full Bath is located in the hall.

Additional Amenities: 2 TVs, Wireless Internet, and Washer/Dryer.

Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made! (Weekly stays only)

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly only from Sunday to Sunday.

The community pool will be open for the 2021 season! Due to COVID-19 concerns, the pool furniture has been removed and will not be available for use. Please bring your own chairs to lounge around the community pool. Please note that the removal of indoor or outdoor furniture from your condo is a breach of your rental contract. Do not remove any furniture from the condo for any reason.
