Amenities Include: Community Outdoor Swimming Pool Picnic Tables & Park Style Grilling Area Short walk to the beach with new beach access
Pelican¡s Roost 16 is an Oceanside Studio Condo located upstairs on the 2nd floor facing the pool. Outside deck great for relaxing! This studio has a Queen Murphy Bed. The open concept Living Area has cozy seating and is open to the Kitchen with a Mini Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Stove. The Living Area has a Flat Screen TV and DVD Player. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience!
Need to do laundry during your stay? Coin operated laundry is located in the first building, off of the game room.
