Pelican’s Roost 11 is an Oceanside studio condo, located upstairs on the 2nd floor. This studio has a Queen bed. The open concept Living Area has cozy seating and is open to the Kitchen with a Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Stove. The Living Area has a basic cable TV. Need to do laundry during your stay? Coin operated laundry is located in the first building, off of the game room.
