Pebble Beach is an Oceanfront condominium complex that offers something for everyone! Oceanfront Swimming & Kiddie pool. Play tennis or grill-out & picnic in the landscaped courtyards. Located off Coast Guard Road within walking distance to family theme parks, kiddy race tracks, arcades & restaurants. A 2,000 Sq. Ft. Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.


Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises.


The H Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It's also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! First Floor Condos have direct access to the indoor/outdoor pool from the screened in porch.


H-105 Pebble Beach is a First Floor Studio Apartment. No Steps! The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Screened in porch with furniture faces the clubhouse. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Full Bath and Half Bath are in the Hallway. Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Wireless internet is available.


Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made weekly stays only!


No Smoking. No Pets.


PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.

We've stayed at Pebble Beach many times. We usually get Sunday to Sunday but there weren't any options this year. We rented H105. The hot shower and the fast Internet (not the Pebble Beach Wi-Fi) was a big help to do work while we were there. The shag carpet was unusual for a beach rental. The toaster didn't work, the oven too, and the TV showed a message about no service contact provider. My wife called the office to report these disappointing problems, so they could be fixed before the next renter.

Having one and a half baths was so much nicer than having 4 people share one bathroom. This home was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our visit. Along with the queen sized bed it has a foldout cot and a sleeper couch. So 4 people slept easily. This was a pleasant surprise because the rental description only mentioned the bed. You might want to update the description so people will know it offers more than one sleeping option.
