Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.

B-202 Pebble Beach is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Second Floor Almost Oceanfront Condo. (Only 1 building from the ocean!) The Living Room has ample seating for your whole family with two sofas and a rocking chair The Living Room includes a Smart TV for entertainment. There is also a ceiling fan in the Living Area. A covered balcony with oceanviews, table with chairs is accessible from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Master Bedroom features a King Bed, Full Private Bath with over-sized shower, Smart TV with and a ceiling fan. Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have 2 Twin beds, Roku TVs, and share a Bath and small balcony. The Dining Room has seating for 6 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The Kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, hand mixer and blender.


Additional Amenities: 4 Smart TVs, CD Player. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer.Fully Equipped Kitchen, Slow Cooker, Coffee Maker, Blender and Toaster Oven.


No Smoking. No Pets.


PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.

This was one of the prettiest condos we have stayed in. Very well equipped and the 4 twins were perfect for our daughter and 3 grandchildren we brought with us. The view was not bad and the location was very good being close to the ocean and all the pools. Loved it!

Pebble Beach B 202 was updated very nicely . Beautiful kitchen, very well stocked with pots and pans, made cooking for the family a joy. The living room furniture was comfortable and ample enough for our family of 5. And I want to mention the cleaning service did a very good job prior to our arrival.
