Enter this home on the Ground Level and you'll find a covered parking area fit for two. This is a fully covered two-car garage accessible from the main road. Not only can two vehicles comfortably sit, but you have space to spare, possibly for a motorcycle or scooter! Bask in the sun by your heated pool and six-person hot tub surrounded by your private full deck. This feature is designed for privacy. Lush foliage encloses the space and creates a tropical paradise unlike any other part of the beach. This area of the home is perfect for entertaining! And, you can step right out of the gate onto the boardwalk and cruise on down to the beach. Also check out the gas grill, that will be perfect for those cozy summer dinners!


You may enter Level One from the elevator, stairs in the garage, or the stairs leading to the first level front porch. Stepping into an open area, this level is complete with 3 of the 5 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 boasts a magnificent ocean view with a Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct deck access. Bedroom 2, not lacking in appeal, also has an oceanfront view, Queen Bed, Flat-screen TV, closet, and direct access to the deck. A full bath is located directly outside of these two bedrooms. Down the hall, there is a washer and dryer, conveniently located for you and your family to drop your attire from a day at the beach or pool. Master Bedroom 3 with a King Bed, Flatscreen TV, Private Bathroom with step-in shower, double sinks, and closets complete the rooms on this level.


Level Two features an open concept kitchen, living, and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen boasts a dine at bar and granite countertops, a double sink, dishwasher, and range. Relax with a Flat Screen TV in the oceanfront living area, or step out onto the covered deck and take in the views. There are even two refrigerators on the property for your convenience! Dine together in style just steps away from the ocean breeze. You¡ll also find a half bath on this floor for your convenience.


Head up the stairs (or hop onto the elevator!) and kick back on Level Three. Once here, you¡ll find the spacious Master Suite (Bedroom 4) and Bedroom 5. The over-sized Master Bedroom 4 retreat features cathedral ceilings, King Bed, a Flat-screen Smart TV, and a private bath with granite countertops, a large shower, and a private deck overlooking the coastline. Bedroom 5 is on the streetside of the home offers 2 Twin Beds, a Flatscreen Smart TV and features a private full bath.

Availability to walk to numerous dining locations a plus. We would have loved a heated pool, but 600 on top of the 3800 was a bit much. Offer at a lower price and we would have most likely have heated the pool. Downfall for us was random boardwalk goers peeking in and restaurant goers at crabs claw have wonderful views of pool area. If you don't want to hear the music constantly you make consider another home. Would like a bit more privacy. Volleyball nets provided loud families/kids loud in the early am. Idle hour beer garden was very loud in 2nd floor master until 3am disrupted our sleep. Beautiful home and did work well for our family. Love the dining area level having no bedrooms. So much to love about the home but you may look in other area for privacy factor. We did call maintenance and never heard back from anyone. Dehumidifier kept kicking off and that affects the garage fridge. We didn't use except for ice storage, thankfully. Tonya was very helpful with reservations. Babyquip was suggested by Tonya as we had a 5 month old with us. Christina the owner has numerous items to rent to make travel less hectic for new parents. We rented a crib. Very clean and was pleased with her services. Overall we still had a great time.

This property is within walking distance to a number of restaurants and stores which is extremely convenient. We rented the last week of March so there were no crowds. The weather was a bit chilly and it was windy a couple of days, the heated pool was a godsend at a consistent 88 degrees we were able to get in everyday. The property itself was nice and the various floors provided nice privacy. Would definitely rent again.

When we arrived to Palm Cottage II, we found it to be exceptionally clean. While we were unpacking the maintenance gentleman stopped by to replace light bulbs and change air conditioning filter. He also looked around for other things that needed attention. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed. How peaceful it was to look out over the lighted pool in the evening! Great vacation home and we enjoyed our visit.

Perfect location if you have kids. There are lifeguards on duty and plenty of beach area to play. Within walking distance to many places for eating or shopping. Pool was a plus when the ocean was closed due to choppy water. Beautiful quiet place!
