Ocean Reef is a unique Tudor-styled gated condominium complex situated on the narrow part of Emerald Isle! Offering excellent ocean and sound views. Enjoy shuffleboard, tennis courts, and a swimming pool with easy access via a boardwalk to the beach. Feel the warm ocean breezes from your private porch or relax in your private soaker tub!


3A1: This is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath First Floor Oceanfront Condo with many recent updates (all done within the last 3 years). Stackable washer and dryer, stove and microwave, and a large, flat-screen HDTV, and Bluetooth Bose speakers for your vacation enjoyment!


Ground Level: Hot and Cold Outside Shower. The garage is not to be used by guests, but access to the storage area is available with 4 beach chairs, 3 beach umbrellas, 3 skim boards, and 3 boogie boards that can be used by guests. Tennis rackets and balls, a football, a soccer ball, a basketball, and a volleyball are also available to guests.


Level One: Oceanfront Living Area has an electric fireplace with TV and DVD player as well as an oceanfront deck with comfortable furniture and panoramic views. Oceanfront Dining Area also has great views. The kitchen area has a microwave, dishwasher, and a large island bar with seating. An air fryer has also been recently added to the kitchen! Master Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed (20" deep mattress) with a Flat Screen TV and DVD player, a Full Bath with a soaker tub, and a separate shower. Access to a private deck. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Flat Screen TV. Full Bath in Hall with a shower only. High-speed Wireless Internet. Central Heat & Air. Washer/Dryer. Electric fireplace.


Note: The garage is not available for guest use.


Linens and towels provided with beds made for weekly stays only.


No Smoking. No Pets.


Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Nightly rentals are allowed with a 2-night minimum (off-season only).

Being right on the beach and the view was the best thing about this home. The updated bathrooms were nice too. I would suggest getting rid of the carpet in the living area and bedrooms due to being right on the beach and the tracking in of sand.

The condo was so comfortable and beautiful. Also it was extremely clean. We ate in most days, so the kitchen was an important factor. We had everything we needed to cook and bake. We used the fireplace every evening. Loved it!!! We will miss sitting on the deck each morning and evening. Beautiful view.

All done in a beach vibe that automatically puts you in a relaxed mode! All you need is a duffle bag of comfy clothes, and you are good! Stayed last year for the month of April 2017, this year for the month of April, & planning on booking for 2019!! So relaxing, and very friendly, safe, gated community! You will love it!!

We love being on oceanfront and Emerald Isle itself. We have stayed at Ocean Reef many times and like the quietness of the place. You don't have everyone on the beach. You mainly have the beach yourself. Our unit itself was furnished with all that you needed. We would, no doubt, stay here again.

This unit is just like what you see on line. Very convient to stores & shops.The beach is very easy, just steps away.Rooms are large & furniture is very sturdy.The complex is Gated, Safe, & quite.The pirches are Very Nice & Great to relax & watch the Ocean! Shell collecting is Fantastic! Will rent again next April. I stayed for the whole month!!

Great location, just steps from the beach. Area is quiet and property is very well maintained. Beaufort was worth the day trip and then go and visit the Cape Lookout Lighthouse and the horses and shells on Shackleford Banks. Ferry's leave from Harkers Island.
