BEACON’S REACH – GUEST RULES

1. No more than a total of 8 persons, including children, shall be allowed to occupy a rental unit. Use of the common areas (pool, beach, etc.) by more than a total of 12 persons, including children, from a rental unit at a time is not permitted, unless approved in advance by the association. Group parties by renters are not permitted.

Please Note: If any group of more than 8 people is occupying this property, they will be immediately evicted without refund.

2. Parking permits or guest passes are required on all vehicles at all times. Renters shall not bring more than two (2) vehicles to the property and parking passes shall be clearly displayed in the front windshield of each of the renter’s vehicle. Parking of all vehicles shall be on the unit’s driveway, under the unit or in the garage as appropriate. No vehicles shall be parked on the shoulder of the road.

3. Noise coming from a rental unit, including noise from televisions, radios and any other audio equipment must be kept at a reasonable sound level as to not infringe upon the quiet enjoyment of the neighbors and the neighborhood. Particular care should be paid to hours before 8 AM and after 10 PM.

Guests at Ocean Grove U7 West are literally 55 steps from the beach via the rear sliding doors and 40 steps from the front door to the pool!

Ocean Grove U7 West is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, oceanfront condo with a unique floorplan that lends itself to providing privacy and seclusion from every bedroom.

Total Bedding includes 3 kings and 2 twins. Each of the three upper bedrooms has the added pleasure of sliding doors that open up to a private deck. The bedrooms are extremely spacious and include some amazing ocean views!

Additional Amenities: This condo is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience. There are five flat-screen TVs scattered about the property, all Roku TVs with basic cable, for your entertainment. A Roku smart device is present for your streaming needs. The home boasts a furnished dune top deck with gorgeous views of the waves rolling along. Covered parking is available to guests and professional landscaping beautifies the whole community! Breathe easy and thank the HEPA filter air system! A conveniently located washer and dryer are on the inside of the unit. The fully-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful stainless farm-style sink, truly has everything you could possibly dream of for when you are craving a home-cooked meal or want to snack away! This includes high-quality appliances and extras such as a garbage disposal, an ice-cream maker, a waffle maker, a Keurig coffee maker, and a blender!

Ground Level: Walk into a convenient full bathroom and laundry facility on this level.

Level One: A few steps up you will find Bedroom #4/ Den with a 58" Roku TV and two twin beds. There is a door to the large private deck and direct access to the beach, making this room designated as the "Beach Room." Access to the ground level full bathroom is just a few steps away!

Level Two: This level of the home has its own private bedroom, Bedroom #3, which is an oversized room with a king bed, a 32-inch flat-screen Roku TV, an attached private bathroom, and a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck with chairs and an oversized window overlooking the ocean.

Level Three: The living room, located on this level, boasts a magnificent view of the ocean and has access to the deck, which has a table, chairs, and direct beach access. A 48-inch Roku TV can also be found in the living room. The kitchen and dining room are also located on level three. Walls of windows are present to overlook the beach as well as sliding doors to the furnished deck! You can see all the way up the beach to the east from the kitchen and dining room windows and completely down the beach to the west via the oversized sliding glass doors.

Level Four Atop the condo with two clerestory windows you will find bedroom #2, with dramatic vaulted ceilings and a sliding door that grants access to a private deck. There is also an oversized window that grants an amazing ocean view. This room has a king bed and a 32-inch Roku flat-screen TV. There is also a full attached bathroom.

Level Five has its own private bedroom, Bedroom #1 with vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a full bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower, a 50-inch Roku TV, and a deck with chairs and a wall of windows!
