This three bedroom condo is the ideal spot for your family vacation to the Crystal Coast. It is comfortable and conveniently located to great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The beach is just across the street and only takes minutes to walk to our beautiful beach.

The newly furnished condo is an end unit that is located on the second floor. A community elevator and luggage carts make it quick and easy to load and unload your baggage. The property features three swimming pools with children’s pools, tennis/pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a nature path for exploring that leads to a private dock on the sound.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed and its own private full bath and television. It also has a small desk/work area to check in at the office if needed, and has an attached balcony with a secluded view of the sound if you want a little space to relax. The front bedroom also has a queen bed with an attached half bath. The bunk room has a full over a twin bed for the kiddos with a full bath just a few steps down the hall. Enough room to comfortably sleep seven!

The ample living area is perfect to relax after a day at the beach together to stream movies for family movie night or to play a game. Just through the sliding glass door is a screened in porch to have your morning coffee or an evening cocktail – sure to be your favorite spot in the condo.

A fully equipped kitchen for meals together with a large refrigerator, an electric oven, microwave, and dishwasher will give you everything you need for mealtimes or for preparing lunch to take to the beach. The dining and bar area are ideal for casual beach dining. And finally, the washer and dryer in the laundry room just outside the front door is convenient for any needs during your stay.
