Dream Maker is a beautiful oceanfront home nestled in the heart of Salter Path, which is an amazing area with close access to Swansboro, Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, Morehead City, and everything the Crystal Coast has to offer. Dream Maker boasts 7 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms and is found in a private residential-only section of the beach. This home was quite literally built to make all of your beach vacation dreams come true. No expense has been spared to ensure that you and your family are relaxed, pampered, and wanting for nothing throughout your stay! This home has its own private ocean-facing pool (see notes below for details about pool heat) and its own private hot tub for relaxation after a long day of sun and sand! The pool and hot tub are surrounded by an enormous deck and a pool house that has its own bar, sink, refrigerator, and half bathroom. In addition, the property has a well-maintained, professionally landscaped yard with copious large grassy areas for children to run around, play, and keep busy!

Ground Level: This level of the home provides a spacious theater room with ample seating, a large projection screen TV, and a DVD player. You will also find a spacious game room with a TV, a DVD player, and deck access. The game room also has access to a kitchenette for your convenience! Ground floor bedroom #1 has two twin beds, a TV with a DVD player, and a private bathroom with a shower and a tub with jets. Ground floor bedroom #2 has a king bed, a TV with a DVD player, and a private bathroom with a shower and seat. This bedroom also provides deck access, so you can take advantage of the phenomenal views without venturing from your room.

Level One: This level of the home boasts the spacious living area with a TV, a DVD player, deck access, and access to a convenient half-bathroom. The gourmet kitchen and dining areas are spectacular, with their beautiful decor and ample seating for you and your entire party! The large dining table is 12 feet long and easily accommodates 12 people. There is additional bar seating for three at the large kitchen island and there is even a small two-seat dining table available for small children that can be found adjacent to the dining table. If all of that seating doesn’t suffice, don’t worry! There is an additional four-seat table located in the living area, which is conveniently open to the dining area and kitchen. Bedroom #3 is a master bedroom with a king bed, a TV with a DVD player, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower with wall sprayers for an almost spa-like shower experience after a day at the beach! Occupants of this master bedroom will also have deck access, perfect for watching the sun rise as you wake up to greet the day or for watching the sunset as you curl up with a good book!

Level Two: Bedroom #4 is a master bedroom with a king bed, a TV with a DVD player, and its own private bathroom with a shower and a whirlpool tub. Deck access is also provided from this master bedroom! Bedroom #5 is another master bedroom with a king bed, a TV with a DVD player, and a private bathroom with a shower and seat! You will also have deck access from this master bedroom! Bedroom #6 has a queen bed, a TV with a DVD player, a private bathroom with a shower and seat, and deck access. Bedroom #7 has a twin bunk, a double/twin bunk, a TV with a DVD player, a private bathroom, and deck access. This level also houses a smaller sitting area with a TV and DVD player.

Total Bedding: Four kings, one queen, two twins, a twin bunk, and a twin/double bunk.

Additional Amenities: This home is equipped with high-speed wireless internet for your convenience! You will also find several TVs and DVD players throughout the home, including a TV and DVD player in each bedroom. The theater room downstairs is wonderful for a family movie night, and you can make popcorn in the convenience of the ground-level kitchenette. Roku and Netflix access is available as well as premium cable channels, an indoor and outdoor stereo system, a wet bar, and a tiki bar. Enjoy a night of cooking out with the gas grill and feel free to eat outside on some of the numerous outdoor seating options. The home’s landscaping has been professionally maintained and you will find several grassy lawn areas for children to play. The home is equipped with a water treatment system for fresh and delectable drinking water throughout your stay. There is a private pool, private hot tub, and private hot/cold outdoor shower to rinse off after a long day at the beach. On chilly nights, relax indoors by the gas-log fireplace! A gourmet main kitchen is available as well as a ground-level kitchenette and you will find all of the kitchen appliances you will need to provide snacks and meals for your family throughout the duration of your stay! This includes an oven, two refrigerators, two microwaves, and two dishwashers. There is a stand-alone ice maker that is perfect for filling up the cooler before heading to the shore for a few hours! There are tons of seating options available throughout the home, and you will find the perfect place to curl up no matter where you’d like to do it. The game room has a pool table and a card/poker table, or if outdoor games are more your speed, take the corn hole set for a spin!

Rents weekly from Sunday to Sunday. Nightly rentals allowed with a 3-night minimum (last minute and off-season only).

Special Notes:

-Check-in time is at 4:00 PM (no exceptions)

-This home has a sister property, Memory Maker, and the two can be rented in tandem to accommodate larger parties. Memory Maker has a style and build much like that of Dream Maker in smaller scale, and if you are impressed with all that Dream Maker has to offer, it’s worth checking out!

-Pool may be heated for $625 per week

-POOL AND/OR HOT TUB LEASE ADDENDUM TERMS POOL: Tenant is responsible for the proper care of the swimming pool. Pool use is "At Your Own Risk". It is a parent or guardian’s responsibility to watch children at all times during pool use. Children must not be left unattended during pool use. No diving into the pool is ever allowed since serious injury, paralysis or even death could occur. Damage to the pool itself due to tenant misuse will result in additional charges. HOT TUB: Tenant is responsible for proper care of Hot Tub. Suggested Hot Tub occupancy in Instruction Manual must not be exceeded. Hot Tub must be covered when not in use to retain heat. Do not sit on the hot tub cover or use it for storage. Damage to cover or Hot Tub due to misuse will result in additional charges. Please do not set the Hot Tub thermostat higher than 104 degrees. Due to high temperatures, Hot Tubs are not suitable for small children or pregnant women. Children under legal age should not be left unattended. It is not wise to sit in the Hot Tub longer than 15 minutes at a time. It is imperative everyone (adults and children) shower before entering the Pool and/or Hot Tub to remove sand and suntan lotion from their feet, hands and body. The Pool and/or Hot Tub is maintained by Bluewater Real Estate. An instruction manual is provided for the Hot Tub. Any questions regarding the safe use and operation of the Pool and/or Hot Tub should be referred to Bluewater Real Estate (252) 354-2323. Tenant does hereby covenant and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless both the owners of the subject property and their Agent, Bluewater Real Estate, from and against all liability, loss, damage, claims, or actions (including costs and attorney fees) for bodily injury, paralysis or death and/or property damage, to the extent permissible by law, arising out of or in connection with the misuse of Pool and/or Hot Tub.
