Compass Pointe is a 10-Bedroom, 10 Full Bath, 2 Half-Bathroom new construction, oceanfront home nestled in the heart of Emerald Isle! This home is the perfect entertainment destination, with an outdoor living space just as impressive as the interior. After visiting the beach you can wash off in the outdoor shower and then take a dip in the private pool *Pool can be heated for an additional $625, speak to your vacation planner for more details*. Equipped with 17 TV's throughout the property your whole party can be adequately entertained. Note there is also a TV in the outdoor cabana! Compass Pointe also has a Rec Room for your gaming and playing needs. It also has several TVs so your whole party can be adequately entertained! Not to mention, the home is fully-equipped with high-speed wireless internet, so you can stay connected throughout your stay!


Ground Level: This level of the home has parking, watersport storage, and a 12x15 gym/exercise space with weight machine, rowing machine, cross trainer, and bicycle. As well as a ping-pong table!


Level One: On this level, you will find the recreation/game room, a media room, and a full kitchen with a dishwasher, oven/range, refrigerator with attached ice maker, and microwave! You will also find 3 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom #1 is a king master oceanfront bedroom with a TV. Bedroom #2 is a king master streetside bedroom with balcony access and a TV. Bedroom #3 is a streetside room that has a twin/double bunk bed and a twin bunk as well as a TV. There is also a mini laundry room on this floor.


Level Two: Bedrooms #4 #5 and #6 are all king master oceanfront rooms with TVs and balconies. Bedroom #7 has two queen beds with a double vanity and TV. Bedrooms #8 and #9 are both streetside king bedrooms with balconies and TVs. The Laundry Room is also on this level.


Level Three: This level houses a fully-equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, two double sinks, two ovens, and two dishwashers. There is also a HUGE dining area with seating for your whole family and a horseshoe bar with a wet bar and icemaker! Bar tables and bar space in the kitchen accommodate even more members in your party. You will also find a walk-in pantry, beverage cooler, and wine cooler as well as fantastic ocean views from the expansive living room! In the living room there is a large flat-screen TV and barrel ceilings with ample seating! Bedroom #10 has a king bed and its own private bathroom with an easily accessible shower and balcony.


Additional Amenities Include: 17 Flat Screen TVs, Full Home Theater, Xbox, High Speed Wireless Internet, Private Beach Access, Master Bedrooms, Gas Grill, Wet Bar, Covered Decks, Outdoor Shower, Private Pool, Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table, Shuffleboard, Telescope, 2 Driving Machines, Skeeball, Multicade, Gym with Weight Machine, Cross Training Machine, Rowing Machine, Bicycle, 2 Washers and Dryers, 4 Refrigerators, 3 ice makers, 4 ovens, 3 Microwaves, 3 Dishwashers and Wine Refrigerator. We recently stayed at Compass Pointe and wanted to share how wonderful it was. Everything about it was great! The view was the best I have ever seen. It made you feel like you were floating in the water. The kitchen had everything you could want and was designed perfectly for large families to fellowship and eat together. The game room was perfect for kids of all ages and the theater room was great for us to gather to watch movies. It was beautifully decorated and offered comfort and reprieve. The location was very convenient and all the outside amenities including the pool, hot tub and fire pit added more fun to our stay.

There is something at this house for everyone! The main level floor plan and the ocean views are Wonderful! It is located on a very desirable area of the beach. Not near condos nor hotels. It is also near Emerald Isle restaurants and Dollar General. There is so much to do at this house, why go anywhere else! See you next year!

Our family really enjoyed our week at Compass Pointe! We liked the large, open living/ dining/ kitchen on the top floor. The tall floor to ceiling windows provide wonderful ocean views! Even the covered decks off of the living area have clear glass pickets to enhance the views! The fully stocked kitchen is great for a large family. There are Two dishwashers, two refrigerators, Two microwaves, Four ovens, Three sinks, Two wine refrigerators,Two freezer drawers built into the cabinets. Besides having the main living areas, The main top floor has elevator access, a master bedroom suite with a handicap accessible bathroom. The Ten bedrooms were all different and very well decorated! Most are large master en-suites! Even the roadside bedrooms have an attached outside balcony. The kids Really Really enjoyed the Pool, Theater Room and Arcade Room. There is even a hot tub and gas fire pit for those cool evenings. There is also another full kitchen great  for snacks near the game room and swimming pool access! Don’t forget the Tiki hut near the pool if the sun is too hot. There is plenty of parking under the house as well as a parking pad near the road. To sum it up, Compass Pointe is a large, Beautiful, clean house that allowed us to be together when we wanted and yet be alone when we wanted.
