Colony By The Sea is located in Indian Beach, in between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a small and clean family beach with just enough to do to have fun, but not enough to be crowded. It is conveniently located within 15 minutes of both Morehead City and historic Beaufort.

The Complex offers an Outdoor Swimming Pool, a Sauna, Outdoor Grills and Showers, Elevators (with Ramp Access), and 2 Parking Spaces per Condo.

Colony By The Sea 205 is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, oceanside condo in Salter Path.

Total bedding includes a queen and a double/twin bunk set.

Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and its own private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a double/twin bunk as well as the use of the close hall bathroom.

The Fully-Equipped Kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, slow cooker, and blender (perfect for beachside cocktails and smoothies).

Additional amenities include the covered deck, picnic tables, and covered parking as well as access to all of the amazing complex amenities!

Linens and towels are provided (weekly stays only)!

Note: This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in. PARKING PASSES: Guest must pick up the required parking passes from the onsite office at the complex upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, you may pick your parking passes up at the onsite office the following day. Colony By The Sea office is open 7 days a week during prime season from 10am until 4pm.
